Shipping times and policy:

Upon confirmation of your order via email, please allow 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for order processing. Rest assured, you will be promptly notified once your order is processed and shipped out with tracking details.

Shipping times depend on the carrier, so if you haven’t received the order or have any issue with tracking details please get in touch with us by e-mail at hello@curriesandvaruvals.com.au

If your shipping location isn't supported by our delivery partner or requires additional costs, we'll contact you directly.

Returns & Refunds policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date you received the goods without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 7 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

No change-of-mind refunds on sale items.

No change-of-mind refunds after seven days.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement with proof of purchase and photos. If satisfied we will process it and kindly pay for the shipping label.

If received on time, inspected and approved. We will reimburse you as soon as possible from the day on which we receive the returned goods. Please allow time for the bank, card or payment gateway companies to process the refund.

If the items are lost, there is an issue, damaged or received the wrong item - please contact us by e-mail at hello@curriesandvaruvals.com.au - You are entitled to a refund or replacement. Please keep proof of purchase and photos of the goods.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were received in the last 7 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging, unopened and unused.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Sale items or perishable goods.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods that deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

  • Sent to us without our consent or approval.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
